The bamboo garden and studio can be rented for weekend seminars or workshops. Maximum capacity is 10 students (8 students fit nicely) into the studio for yoga classes. Otherwise the greenhouse is available seasonally (May-September) for bigger events.

Laura Kocourek is an American that has been living in Czech Republic since 2011. Her love for yoga began in Vermont, USA in 2007 where she studied mostly Ashtanga/Vinyasa yoga. Since then, she has explored and studied many different styles of Yoga including Hatha, Jivamukti, restorative, prenatal, and Yoga Therapy. In 2013 Laura completed a 200-Hour Hatha yoga teacher under Yoga Alliance. She is currently enrolled in a 100 hour teacher training course for Yoga Therapy.

Laura sees yoga as a holistic Life practice; nourishing the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies. She sees the yoga studio as a space where people can come together to find community, heal, and grow. Always a student as well as a teacher, Laura feels an immense sense of gratitude for all of her teachers and students who have helped and continue to guide her along her yogic path. This support has inspired her to share the path of yoga with others.

Her other passions include, teaching English to children, studying tea and herbalism, meditation, playing soccer, and spending time with her three amazing boys.
