Earth Sky Joga is a small studio nestled within a bamboo nursery in Prague, Czech Republic.
Here within the grove, we invite people to come together to share a safe space to explore the deeper levels of our Self, build connections with others, heal, learn, and grow.
We offer weekly small group yoga classes for adults which will take you on a journey to the Self through relaxation techniques, gentle asanas (body postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), and meditation practice.
Yoga lessons are taught in English, but the instructor can also communicate in Czech language. And most importantly, everyone is welcome to come and explore the connections you have with the Earth, Sky, Self, and all beings through the holistic practice of Yoga.
For more information or to register for a class please send a message to email@example.com.
Looking forward to meeting you soon!

In addition to weekly yoga classes for adults, Earth Sky Joga studio also offers playful English courses for children. The courses for children are divided into three groups: 1. Curious Creatures (4-6/7 years old) 2. Excited Explorers (7-9/10 years old) and 3. Confident Communicators (10-13/14 years old).
These small group English courses focus on presenting English in a fun and supportive environment where children can feel safe exploring a new language. Because we all learn in different ways, each lesson incorporates many different ways of exploring the language, including movement games, songs, sight-word identification, mind-mapping, reading books, and more.
For more information or to register your child for a course, please send a message to email@example.com.
